For Participants:

2024 YEAR END AWARDS PARTICIPATION FORM

If you would like to be in the running for the year-end awards, this form needs to be turned in to the show secretary before your first show for your points to count.

ENGLISH VERSATILITY
POINT SHEET
This form needs to be filled out after every show and turned into OFEA to earn points for dressage, hunt seat over fences, hunter hack, cross country, show jumping, mounted trail and in-hand trail (show in english attire) and mounted and extreme trail classes shown in english attire with the same horse/rider combination.

WESTERN VERSATILITY POINT SHEET
This form needs to be filled out after every show and turned into OFEA to earn points for western dressage, western riding, reining, mounted and in-hand trail in western attire and mountain and extreme trail in western attire with the same horse/rider combination.

GAMING VERSATILITY POINT SHEET
This form needs to be filled out after every show  and turned into OFEA to earn points towards the gaming division. Gaming show must have at least three of the following gaming events: flags, barrels, pole bending, Idaho Figure 8, Key Hole, Single Stake Race, and Bi-Rangle.

TRAIL HOURS LOG

Log all your trail hours ridden from
January 1st through December 31st 
(Based off rider, not horse)
